There is ample parking at Arbor At The Port!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined plus ones allocated via your invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning we are requesting that personal devices be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be taking pictures and we can share these with everyone afterwards. At the reception, however, we encourage everyone to take photos and videos!

We are not including kids under 18 for both the ceremony and the reception as we have limited space. We will have flower girls and ring bearers at the ceremony which will be Haley's nieces and nephews! Thank you for understanding

Yes! We are asking guests to dress up with us. Formal/semi-formal wear is requested, this means no jeans, hats, etc.. And no white! :)

Yes! Please drink on us! However, as much as we love a party, please keep your own limits in mind during the reception.

We are doing a plated dinner, any dietary restrictions can be noted in your RSVP! Our caterer is amazing and can accommodate any restrictions.

Typically guests are allowed up to 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to find a seat and get settled.

Things happen, it's okay! Unfortunately, we cannot delay the start of the ceremony. Doors will close 5 minutes prior to the start, kindly wait outside until the ceremony has ended.

There is an RSVP section on the website, please ensure to select your meal and complete the RSVP by 8/15/25.

We anticipate the ceremony ending around 2PM and cocktail hour to begin at 4PM so guests may arrive around 3:30PM. The drive between the venues is around 12 minutes, there are plenty of local restaurants/bars/breweries in the area to stop at. If you need any further recommendations, please ask!

We are not accepting song requests the day of, but if you have any suggestions we are happy to hear them in advance :)
