We look forward to having you help celebrate our wedding day. However, if you can’t attend, we completely understand. We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible either way, to help with our planning please. Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2024.

Please allow yourself time to drive to the venue. From the south side of the city it takes about 30 minutes to drive. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before to the ceremony start time, so that you have time to park, make your way to the seating area and find your seat.

We encourage our guests to dress up for the occasion! Since the ceremony will be outside, we hope you dress for the weather by bringing a coat/jacket or shawl.

The ceremony is taking place on a private acreage, so only a port-a-potty will be available.

Join the couple in a champagne toast following the ceremony. The couple has also requested your presence for family/couple photos with them to commemorate the day. Please listen for instructions after the ceremony on how to line up for photos.

We have a hotel block of rooms with Home2 Suites Edmonton South. It is a short drive from our reception location at Edmonton Scottish Hall. Check out the Hotel tab of the website for more details. To receive our group rate we recommend booking as soon as possible.

There are only 50 parking spots available at the ceremony location. We highly encourage all guests to carpool, aiming to have at least 4 guests in your vehicle.

There is plenty of onsite parking at the reception venue. No need to carpool to the Edmonton Scottish Hall.

Our reception will have a Toonie bar, so please make sure to bring cash, as there is no ATM on site.

The bar will have last call at 1:00 am and all guests need to vacate the hall no later than 2:00 am.

Although we adore your children, only those who have been named on your RSVP card are invited to attend the ceremony and reception.
