Here are some of our favorite beaches to visit:

-Del Mar Beach (7 miles from venue)

-Moonlight Beach (6.5 miles from venue)

-Torrey Pines (great trails for a short walk/hike. 8.5 miles from venue)

-La Jolla Shores (15.9 miles from venue)

-Padres Game! The Padres will be in town our wedding weekend! You obviously can't make it to the Friday night game (unless you would rather go to a game instead of celebrating with us), but they will be playing the Royals on Saturday and Sunday. Go enjoy a game! It's one of our favorite things to do!

-San Diego Zoo: The Zoo here is fantastic. It's close to downtown and located in Balboa Park, which is one of our favorite spots to spend the afternoon.

-There's lots of hiking in San Diego if you're an avid hiker. Haley is not, so she is more of a "scenic walk" type gal, but there are some cool hikes in areas close to the venue. Check out Torrey Pines or Annie's Canyon Trail in Encinitas.

-North Park: tons of breweries and places to grab dinner. This is where Haley and Daniel had their first apartment! Go grab a beer at Fall and a burger at the Friendly for us!

-South Park: lots of cute shops, including one of Haley's favorite book stores (Book Catapult), and great restaurants

-Liberty Station: We have had many a date night at Liberty Station, and for good reason! They have tons of cool things to check out, including mini golf, and a great food hall!

-Downtown La Mesa: This is the part of San Diego that Daniel is from. Lots of cool places to eat and fun shops. Another one of Haley's favorite book stores is here (Meet Cute).

-La Jolla: Great food and drinks, along with good views!

-Little Italy: Some of the best food in the city here.
