What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). This airport is 16.4 miles or approximately a 20-minute drive to/from the wedding venue.
Should I rent a car?
If you like having the option to go as you wish or are planning activities all over the city, then you may want to rent a car to pick up at the airport. However, rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are usually available at most times (even wee morning hours) in New Orleans and requires less stress than trying to find parking in the city. You may also want to check if your hotel charges a valet/parking fee.
