Whilst we love all the little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding. Only guests ages 13 and older will be permitted. We apologize ahead of time, however we will make no exceptions.
Can I bring a +1?
Yes, however, we ask that you please limit +1s only to your significant others, not friends or colleagues.
How do I RSVP?
There’s a spot to RSVP right here on the website! Just go to the “RSVP” tab.
(This section will be available once invitations are sent out.)
Where can I stay?
We understand it’s a long drive from home. There are many options to stay nearby including Gruene Mansion Inn, homes via Airbnb, and even a hotel we have selected for guests to stay at. Please see the “Travel” if you’re interested in looking at nearby options or booking a room in our selected hotel. The hotel will have shuttle services.
Can I leave my car overnight?
If, for any reason, you need to leave your car in the parking lot overnight, that will be perfectly fine. The venue will allow for it and Uber and Lyft both pick up and drop off to the venue. The cars will need to be picked up from the lot the following day between 9am and noon.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding takes place in the evening so we kindly request that our guests use the following dress code: Formal / Black Tie Optional. However, cowboy boots are welcomed and encouraged! :)
What are the parking instructions?
Once guests arrive, they will need to follow the signs on the venue property. If you take your first right you can follow a road to get to the parking lot. There is a fork off the left hand side of that road that acts as a drop off area for elderly or handicapped guests. However, after being dropped off, someone will still have to go take the car to the lot.
How can guests contact you?
Please visit the "Contact Us!" tab if you cannot get ahold of the bride, the groom, the mother of the bride, or the mother of the groom via text message.
