Due to budget/space limitations, we are unable to extend the invitation to children.

Parking will be located on-site at the venue. A parking attendant will be there to help assist with the parking lot.

Due to the location of the venue being a remote mountain town, most rideshare services do not service the area.

While the ceremony will be held amongst the beautiful trees outside, the reception will be held in the barn on the property.

We ask that you RSVP no later than August 1st.

Out-of-town guests will need to arrange accommodations. We have a list of nearby properties and encourage staying in Longmont or Boulder.

Western wedding attire or dressy casual attire are encouraged.

Warmer tones for fall are encouraged, if you need inspiration our invite has all our favorite colors!

Lyons in October is beautiful. Expect temperatures high 60s during the day and lower 50s at night. The reception barn will be heated.

Due to budget restrictions, only guests who are mentioned on the invitation may attend.

We will be having Outside Pizza cater with plenty of delicious options from their vintage airstream!

Haley and Patrick both share a love for beer + wine so it is only fitting that beer + wine are served. There will be non-alcoholic options served as well.

Please feel free to arrive 60 minutes beforehand to grab a drink and be in your seats 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Reception events will end by 9:30 pm and all guests will be asked to leave by 10 pm the latest.
