Only guests named on your invitation are permitted to attend. While we love our guests, we would like to keep the ceremony and reception as intimate as possible.

The ceremony will begin at the Felt Estate at 4 PM, we kindly ask guests to arrive starting at 3 PM and no later than 3:45 PM. We will have ushers that will assist with seating and would like everyone on site earlier than later to ensure things flow as seamlessly as possible.

As much as we love kids, this is an adult-only ceremony and reception. Unless your child is listed on the invitation, we kindly ask that you do not bring them.

The Felt Estate has private event parking near the venue. You may park your vehicle here for the duration of the ceremony and reception.

There will be no transportation provided to or from the Felt Estate. The suggested hotels are an 8-15 minute drive away, there may be Uber / Lyft rides available, but we encourage you to make a plan beforehand.

We request you wear semi-formal or formal attire. Please refrain from jeans, shorts, golf polos, or casual tops. Semi-formal and formal attire would include suits with or without a tie, floor length gowns, knee length cocktail dresses, and pantsuits.

We have an amazing photographer who will be taking stunning professional photos of the entire ceremony. Because of this, we ask that our guests respectfully treat this time as a camera and phone free period until the reception.

This is a McCloughan - Orchard wedding, of course there will be! That being said, do not forget to tip your bartenders. There will also be non-alcoholic options like soda, lemonade, water, and other soft-drinks.

The ceremony will be held outdoors with a tented reception to follow. Saugatuck in June is beautiful, but Michigan can be unpredictable so please be sure to check beforehand. In the event of rain, there are umbrellas provided and a backup indoor reception space.
