How Do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab and RSVP at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
When is RSVP due?
If you do not RSVP by March 8th, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. We will do our best to reach out if we do not hear from you.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, Please notify Haley as soon as you are aware.
Can I bring a Guest, Date or Plus 1?
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. Due to the limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Haley!

What is the Dress Code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting Semi-Formal / Cocktail attire. Although a suit and tie are not required, we ask that you do not wear jeans. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting.
Are children allowed?
We love your children, but due to space and alcohol restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 unless specifically mentioned on your invitations.
Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?
We ask that you refrain until Haley and Kolby have the chance to share their special day with everyone. Thank you!
Is there parking available near the venue?
For any guest who is driving to the venue, there is free on-site parking.
Is there a block of hotel rooms available for out of town guests?
If you visit the "Travel" tab of this website, you will see that we have reserved rooms at The Courtyard Olathe or Hilton Garden Inn. Please book your stay by Wednesday March 25th, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Please contact Haley with any questions.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 14911 W Peppermill Dr. Olathe, KS 66062. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony is at 4:30pm. Please arrive early to settle in and find your seat!
