Yes, please mark the number of children under 18 on your RSVP card. We have rented an upstairs space at the venue with a bathroom, snacks, TV for a movie, babysitters, and sign-in/ sign-out sheet. Children under 10 need to be checked in upstairs before the ceremony starts. All children under 18 will not be included in the food count, but we will provide pizza, snacks, and drinks for them upstairs. Feel free to bring your own snacks as well. There is a mini-fridge included with the child-care space.

Sadly no; however a shuttle to the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa, Black Hawk will be provided to and from the event.

Our ceremony will be outdoors, and our reception will take place underneath a tent with heaters and collapsible sides if weather is an issue.

There will be a shuttle from the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa, Black Hawk to Blackstone Rivers Ranch before, during, and after the event. The shuttle will leave promptly from the lobby at 4:45 to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

On average, temperatures should be around 75 degrees with a light breeze.

Reception ends at 11 PM, and anyone is welcome to continue the night at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa, Black Hawk.
