It all started at Sweat Circuit, our favorite gym, where we first crossed paths during a workout class with our moms, Angelina and Julie. Little did we know, that would be the start of a love story that would take us from our local gym to a lifetime of adventure and love.

While Haley was living in San Diego, Andre took advantage of a work trip there to ask her on a date to workout together and walk the beach. The date went so well, Haley decided to come home to Seattle early for Thanksgiving and Christmas to spend more time together.

While Haley was home in Washington for the holidays, we went on a handful of magical dates - mostly to more gyms and dive bars. To kick off the New Year in style, we decided to visit Haley's home in San Diego. For NYE, we played into the ancient tradition of eating 12 grapes under the table at midnight for a lucky year -- it clearly worked!

What started as fun, casual trips back and forth between Seattle and San Diego quickly turned into a love story full of unforgettable memories. Whether it was enjoying beach days, coffee dates, golfing, or watching sunsets at Lahina’s, each visit helped us grow even closer. We also had a blast galavanting with friends, from golf outings to Mustache Bash, and walking along the beach to dinner at our favorite spots.

As our bond deepened, it became clear that spending any time apart was just not going to work. Haley made the move to Washington to start our next chapter together. The summer was a blur of family boating trips, SeaFair, hiking, camping, and flying planes to the islands. We also explored the Pacific Northwest, including a special trip to our soon-to-be wedding venue on Whidbey Island, where we spent time with Mimi and Papa. One of our favorite adventures was flying down to the Oregon coast to celebrate Chris’s birthday—because nothing says love like a weekend getaway with family!

Whidbey Island has always been special to both of us. Andre grew up visiting his grandfather's cabin, making summer memories with the Kellogg family, while Haley spent her summers at her grandparents' house with the Olson family. It's a place where both our hearts feel at home, and it was clear that it would be the perfect spot for us to say, "I do."

Once we knew Whidbey Island was the place, Andre wasted no time in asking Haley to be his bride. On a weekend trip to the island with our moms, Andre got down on one knee with the stunning backdrop of the island around us. With a huge smile, Haley said “YES!” and the celebration began!

Now, as we prepare to say our vows on Whidbey Island, we couldn't be more excited to celebrate our love with our favorite people—our family and friends who have supported us every step of the way. We can't wait to host you at "the beach" and create more amazing memories together!
