Our Story
May 2019
We met when we both rented a room at the same summer apartment on U of I campus. Which led to the best summer of our lives. A summer full of movie marathons, late night talks, and the most laughs we’ve ever laughed.
August 2019
By this time we had moved out of our campus apartment and we decided to make it official! That fall we made sure to attend all the IlliDell tailgates.
August 2020
On our 1st Year Anniversary we went back to our first date spot— the drive in!
December 2020
Haley graduated with her bachelors degree from Illinois State University.
June 2021
Took our first vacation together in Florida.
December 2021
Haley graduated from her masters program at Illinois State University.
May 2022
Michael graduated with his bachelors degree from University of Illinois.
Later in May 2022
We moved to Iowa and celebrated our 3rd anniversary together later that summer on the river.

Michael popped the question!
