Who do we book through?
Please refrain from booking directly through the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos website. We have a designated contact for booking assigned specifically to our party. Guests will receive a group rate that differs from the rate reflected on the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos website or 3rd party websites, so please be sure you book through the gentleman assisting our party. Contact information is below.
In your email to him, please make the subject line "Malstrom/Riccobono Wedding 2025." In the message, be SURE to include 'Membership: 5-LL01917' and full guest names so he can best identify you! He will confirm your room request via email, and then he will ask for a phone number to call to take payment.

When should we start booking?
Booking is open NOW! We encourage guests to book by the beginning of October at the latest** to secure the best room rate. Standard room availability is quickly decreasing for May, and rates will most likely increase if you book after October!
Can I Bring A Plus One?
To keep our special day intimate, we are only inviting our closest loved ones! We will not be accommodating plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision and look forward to seeing you soon!
Is the resort an all-inclusive?
Yes, the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort! When it comes to weekly rates, please note - everything from food, drinks, room-service etc. is calculated into the cost of the room.

What is considered a standard room?
A standard room comes with either 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds and partial ocean view. Standard rooms will vary based on availability and time of booking. If you NEED a room with 2 Queen beds, we encourage you to book sooner rather than later! If guests would like to upgrade to a Swim-Up room, Full Ocean-View room, Junior Suite, Family Suite, Rock Suite 1, or Rock Suite 2 rates will increase.
What Amenities Are Included In all Rooms?
All rooms (including standard rooms) come with ocean view (partial or full). Terrace/balcony with a sofa, one chair, a table, and jacuzzi tub. Private bathroom with shower and double sink vanities. Mini bar with soda, bottled water, juice & domestic beer replenished daily. Flat screen HDTV with plug-and-play technology. Daily purified bottled water. Bathrobes & slippers. In-room digital safe. Espresso / American coffee maker. Direct dial telephone. Bluetooth – enabled wireless alarm clock radio. Hair blow dryer. Clothing steamer. Included wireless internet. 24-hour in-room dining.
How many guests can fit into a room?
It all depends on the type of room selected! At the resort, the weekly rate is based on a couple (2 individuals) staying in a room. If you would like a 3rd or 4th individual to stay in the room with you, that is absolutely fine, but those people will still generate a weekly rate. The resort needs to account for each person's meals and drinks each day, so the 3rd and 4th individuals are required to pay a weekly rate even if they are all sharing.
When should I book my flight?
First, we recommend you book your room and solidify your desired dates prior to booking a flight. Kyler and I will be arriving in Mexico on May 2nd and flying out on May 11th. The wedding will take place on May 6th, and Welcome Dinner on May 5th. We encourage guests to arrive by May 4th at the latest so they don't miss out on any pre-wedding festivities! We would love for our guests to make the most of their trip and truly use it as a family vacation, so we encourage you to stay for a whole week!
Possible options for the week's stay:

May 4th - May 11th.
We encourage you to do what's best for your family. These week blocks are just options, and guests, by all means, can modify those dates to be longer or shorter. Please reach out to Kyler or Haley directly if you have additional questions.
Does my passport need to be updated in order to book my flight?
Depending on the airline, you may need to include your passport number when you book your flight. Please ensure you have a passport on hand and have it renewed to provide accurate information. Your passport number changes upon renewal, so please do not input an expired passport number while booking your flight. United Airlines does NOT require you to include your passport number when booking your flights.
How many nights do I need to stay in order to qualify for the group rate?
Guests need to stay a minimum of 4 nights to obtain the group rate. The resort primarily books in week blocks, so we encourage guests to stay 7 nights if they're able to!
Is there a charge for the shuttle from the airport to the resort?
Guests need to stay a minimum of 4 nights to be covered for transportation. If they stay less than 4 nights, the shuttle will be an additional cost.
Are kids welcome?
We would LOVE for you to bring your kiddos. The Hard Rock Hotel is kid-friendly with multiple waterslides, family-friendly evening shows, and even a kids zone, so mom and dad can enjoy a dinner alone! We truly encourage you to consider making this trip into a family vacation and bring your entire crew! Children 0-3 are no additional cost.

Remember, since you are entering a different country, messaging and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan. The resort has Wi-Fi, so you can always keep your phone on airplane mode and use the Wi-Fi exclusively to avoid any additional fees.
