Haley and Dakotah met in 2019 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin where Dakotah was Haley's cheer coach! Before Haley and Dakotah started talking, Dakotah *subtly asked another coach if she thought Haley was "into girls". Haley's other coach responded by saying "I mean she plays softball, so probably!"

For the next four weeks, Dakotah, pretending not to know Haley's name, made Haley repeat it every single practice! When Haley asked Dakotah for a spot on a tumbling pass, in typical Dakotah fashion, she responded with sass!!

Dakotah and Haley were inseparable immediately! Not even six months into their relationship, COVID shut the world down, and they found themselves stuck with each other 24/7. After a couple years of living together in Eau Claire/Menomonee WI, Haley got a job at a small town fire department near Milwaukee and that is where their love story moved.

Once they moved down towards Milwaukee, their love, like their family grew! Adopting two dogs and purchasing their home, their love story continues every day!
