For those coming in the day before we will have a small get together in the conference room of the hotel! We will have light refreshments and feel free to BYOB WE WILL HAVE PIZZA, VEGGIE TRAYS, AND SNACKS

Please plan to arrive by at least 3:45!

If you'd like to stick around afterwards we are again going to have a gathering in the hotel conference room just to hang out!
