Please wear what ever makes you comfortable, this is a casual/semi formal event. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes for uneven surfaces and remember to bring a jacket/flannel/sweater.

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our May 1st deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to captures. After the ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Yes! We will be providing beer, wine, seltzers and a signature cocktail. There will also be a cash bar. If you have any special requests please let us know and we will try our best to accomodate.

There is no cellphone service at or near the venue. Please make sure you put coordinates into your gps prior to leaving your hotel. Note, Hot Springs is the closest town and only T-mobile and AT&T have service.

Guests are not allowed to park at the venue. Guests will need to park at the Camas Prairie Gym, and we will have shuttles to bring guests up to the venue. Please be sure you arrive with plenty of time, the first shuttles Will start leaving around 2pm and the last shuttle leaves at 2:45PM to get you to the ceremony on time. Shuttles will leave frequently during the reception to take guests back to their cars whenever they are ready to leave. If you are handicapped or need additional assistance please let us know and so we can accommodate you.
