We want all of our guests to feel as glamourous and comfortable as possible. Please feel free to dress in cocktail to formal attire. Women may wear a dressy cocktail dress or floor length gown, a pant suit, and whatever you feel beautiful in! Men may wear a full suit, dress jacket and jeans, or a dressy button down and slacks. There will be a professional photographer on site with tons of opportunity for professional shots! Please take advantage of the occasion to wear something beautiful for your own memorable photographs!

Gifts are not expected. In fact, we want all of our guests to feel no pressure about the event. Just come and have fun!

Cocktail Hour, The Ceremony, Dinner, and After Party will be held "Oscar Style" all in one location for your comfort! No need to plan to leave for anything once you've arrived!

The Richmond Area Arts Council will have plenty of parking, and Richmond City Street parking is always available if needed. No need for a long trek in high heels!

No need to bring cash unless it's for tips! Our bar service is entirely complimentary and will serve a variety of Bourbon, beer, wines, and finely curated cocktails for the special event! If you have a special drink you'd like to bring, please feel free to bring whatever you'd like, but I'm sure you will find something on our drink menu to suit your taste.

There is a bathroom on site. No porta-potties or outside bathrooms. My guests will have a beautiful bathroom to fix your hair and makeup after all that dancing!

No need to eat before the wedding, as passed hors d'oeuvres will be offered as soon as guests arrive. After our ceremony, dinner will be served buffet style by EKU Catering. We have chicken and beef options as well as vegetarian dishes available.
