The most convenient airports will be LYH (Lynchburg Regional) or ROA (Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional). The Lynchburg Airport is about 25 minutes from our venue, and it is a small airport. Since it is small, it can be more pricey, but because you will be getting a flight in the summer when all the students are gone, you might have better luck! Sometimes they have really good deals.

The Roanoke Airport is a little bit bigger than Lynchburg. It is located about 50 minutes from our venue and about an hour away from Lynchburg. This is another great option and we recommend checking both LYH and ROA to find the best price. The sooner you get a ticket, the better!

If you want to look into a cheaper option, take a look at RIC (Richmond International). For reference, Richmond is about 2 hours away from Lynchburg and 2 and a half hours away from our venue.

Due to the location of our venue, there are limited hotels close by. Lynchburg has plenty of great hotels and is about 20-35 minutes from our venue, depending on where you stay. We've included some hotel recommendations below that are close to the airport.

Feel free to explore other hotels around Lynchburg. Bedford also has some limited hotel options if you are looking to stay closer to the venue.

We also recommend looking at Airbnb options near our venue. If you would like to stay close to the venue or just would like to be in a home for your stay, Airbnb is a great option, and there are lots of them to choose from. We recommend looking in the Bedford or Lynchburg area for the best location.
