When booking your Condo/Cabin at the Ranch, please make sure that you CALL 800-452-7455, choose existing reservations, and mention the Tams-Schalk Wedding to ensure a 10% discount is added to your stay.

Both the Bride and Groom, as well as their families have booked cabins here at Black Butte Ranch from Tuesday 9/3 through Saturday 9/7. This is not required but encouraged if you want to be close to the venue. These Cabins/condos are based on an 1,800-acre private resort community with plenty of fun activities available. The rooms here also accommodate large parties so please feel free to connect with other family members and friends to book with.

If you do not want to book at the Ranch, The Best Western Ponderosa Lodge is about 15 min. away! Otherwise please feel free to book what fits your needs.

Please note that Black Butte Ranch is Approx. 40 minutes away from Redmond Airport. Also that many of the property locations on the Ranch are spread a few miles apart and may not be within walking distance to the lodge (where the wedding will take place). We suggest a rental car for those who plan on flying in. If you plan to rent a car, we suggest downloading the Turo App for affordable rental prices and availability.
