We only have so many seats available at our wedding venue. If your invitation says you can bring a plus one, then your allowed because that guest is being counted! We would love for everyone to be semi formal or dressy casual! Please dress up a little bit for this special day.

You can wear any color BESIDES white or dusty blue. White is absolutely NOT allowed and dusty blue will be the color for the wedding party so please avoid wearing those!

Yes! We want all family members there celebrating with us! Please be aware that the wedding will be running late and that some of the music played during the reception may not be appropriate for little ones so please have a plan if you do not want your kids at the reception super late.

Yes! We have hired a transportation service that will take you to the wedding from the hotels that we have picked out/blocked out for our wedding located in Cedar Rapids. The shuttle service will start two hours before the wedding and then there will be shuttle service during the reception up until the end as well.

No. Not completely. We will have lots of alcohol and may provide SOME of it free of charge but we will not be providing all alcohol free of charge so be sure to bring money for the bar.

No! We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that everyone please turn their phone off and put it away. We want everyone to be there with us and not distracted by phones. We also don’t want anything to get in the way of our photographers.

On our wedding website, we have a list of five hotels, all clustered together in Cedar Rapids. Some of these hotels are going to be the area that our shuttle will be driving to and from. All hotels are listed, along with the phone numbers and website links. Feel free to book at any of the listed hotels for our wedding, thank you!

No we do not! We have decided that instead of having our guests buy presents for us, we would rather just accept cards and donations to our honeymoon. This is completely OPTIONAL. We do not, by any means, expect our guests to bring us cards or donations, but there will be a locked card box available if you decide you want to do that. Thanks in advance!
