We recommend guests fly into Portland International Airport (PDX) which is about one hour from Hood River.
NOTE: REAL ID requirements go into effect on May 7, meaning you will need either a REAL ID or a passport to fly within the US (including to our wedding)!
Welcome Dinner - July 4: We will provide a shuttle from the welcome dinner at Cooper Spur to Hood River for the fireworks (and back).
Wedding Day - July 5: We will provide shuttles to/from the wedding venue for both Cooper Spur and Hood River
For those traveling in, we recommend renting a car from the airport. Uber/lyft are super limited or unavailable around the mountain. We encourage everyone to use the provided shuttles for the wedding day itself, but recommend renting a car for the weekend if you are able!
Note: If you received a message from Katie & Haley about staying with them at Cooper Spur (or notice this question when RSVPing), please email us at woodsandwhitbeck@gmail.com for more details.
Please make your arrangements as soon as possible for the best rates and availability.
Katie & Haley saw hotels were booking very quickly and directly booked 10 rooms at the Hampton Inn and 10 at the Holiday Inn, both in Hood River.
Please contact Katie or Haley directly to transfer one of these rooms to your name.
We recommend guests stay either near Cooper Spur Mountain Resort where the brides and their families will be or in Hood River where there are many hotels to choose from! See below for ideas:

Look for locations near Cooper Spur Mountain Resort or in Hood River/near Hope Ranch Lavender Farm. Government Camp is also a great option but a bit further drive.
