Lodging

There will be a bus shuttle from Mystic Lake Casino and Hampton Inn Minneapolis/Shakopee. Request early check in or be prepared to check in and leave right away if taking the shuttle.


Hampton Inn (4175 Dean Lakes Blvd, Shakopee, MN 55379): Check in time is 3pm, shuttle leaving at 3:20pm. Call the hotel directly when making reservations under the Carroll Garcia Wedding to receive the group discount. $155 + tax. Book by 9/10/26.


Mystic Lake Casino: Book in advance - we do NOT have a hotel block there. Hotel check in time is 4pm, shuttle leaving at 4:30pm.

Are kids allowed?

Due to our large guest list, we’re only able to invite children from our close family. We truly appreciate your understanding. Children will be listed on your RSVP. Make sure to complete the RSVP by August 1 :)

Do I get a +1?

If you received a +1 it will be listed on your RSVP.

Will there be a seating chart?

Yes, if you completed the RSVP your name will be listed on the seating chart.

What should I wear?

Anything other than your birthday suit or white! We encourage you to avoid the color green so our wedding party stands out.

Will there be transportation?

There is a shuttle between the selected hotels and the venue. Please view the schedule on our website.

Where should I park?

There will be a field just to the right before the event space. Cones will be out.

Can I park overnight?

Yes, if you end up driving to the venue and need to leave your car overnight that is fine. Just make sure to get it on Sunday :).

Is this someones property?

Yes! Be respectful.
