Dan & Halle met in 2007 at Padua Franciscan Highschool. Dan was a senior & Halle was a freshman on the varsity track team. Dan will tell you he noticed Halle first during a pre-season workout. Halle says they didn't meet until the first track meet of the season!

From 2007 their lives took them on different journeys. Dan to college at Akron and then to serve for 6 years overseas in the Army. Halle to 3 more years at Padua and then on to Kent State for college. They continued to remain in touch throughout those years. They would meet up various times Dan was in town. It was not until June of 2016 that Dan reached out to take Halle out for her birthday that everything fell into place. They began dating in August 2016. Their years together have taken them to many places around the country/world including Ibiza, Spain for Dan's 30th Birthday, and recently to Germany for Oktoberfest! They bought a house together in 2020 during the height of the COVID pandemic. Almost 3 years later to the day Dan popped the question and Halle said "OF COURSE!" ;)

NOW

Dan & Halle live in Parma with their orange cat Rocky. They love to host their annual 4th of July bash and numerous OSU football game watch parties with their friends and family. Those who know Dan & Halle know they love a good party and a good time!
