What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The official wedding ceremony start time will be 5:30PM CST
Doors will open and guests will be allowed to enter at 5:00PM CST.
We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.
What is the dress code?
Welcome Party: September Chic (please keep in mind we will be outside)
Think bright colors, floral patterns, linen.
No jeans, tennis shoes, or baseball hats. No white dresses including white base of a floral print.
Wedding Day: Black Tie
Women: Floor length dress/gown. Absolutely no white dresses.
Men: Tuxedo or Dark Colored Suit.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Indoors! No need to worry about the weather, we will be indoors for the night.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating, so please sit wherever you please. There will be reserved seating for the immediate family only.
For the reception, you will be able to find your table assignment as you enter the reception, following the cocktail hour.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm and last no longer than 30 mins. Cocktail hour will take place immediately following. Guests will exit through ceremony doors to entire the cocktail hour. Dinner will be served following the cocktail hour.
Then we dance the night away!

Transportation
Transportation will not be provided.
If you are not staying at The Ritz-Carlton, you have the following options:
-Valet (at your own expense); Cars may be left overnight at an additional cost.
-Uber/Lyft to The Ritz-Carlton. The address can be found on the home page.
If you are staying at The Le Meridien Hotel it is walking distance from The Ritz-Carlton.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unless specifically indicated on your envelope, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people & who you can RSVP for.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love children, we cannot accommodate everyone’s children. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to have a date night and enjoy the party with us!
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. A late-night snack will also be provided.
Open Bar will begin at Cocktail Hour and end 1 hour prior to event end time.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?
Please reach out to the bride directly for any dietary restrictions or allergies. There will also be a place to note this when you RSVP.

Yes!
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Hotel information is listed in the travel section. Please feel free to stay anywhere you would like. St. Louis has plenty of Hotel and Airbnb options, but for your convenience, we have reserved blocks at the listed hotels for you!
What dates are the rates for each hotel room block available for?
The Ritz-Carlton Room Block starts on Thursday, September 5th and ends on Monday, September 9th.
The Le Méridien Hotel Room Block starts on Friday, September 6th and ends on Sunday, September 8th.
When is the last day to book accommodations using the Room Block Rates?
The last day to book using the room block rates at The Ritz- Carlton is Tuesday, August 6, 2024
The last day to book using the room block rates at The Le Méridien is Friday, August 16, 2024
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, you are welcome to take pictures with your phone.
How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. You may also mail back your RSVP card.
Kindly RSVP by August 1, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as a “no” as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline – you will be missed!
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is a present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
