Q + A

Can I bring my kids/a plus one?

While we would love to welcome more friends to our wedding, our venue has a strict limit on our number of guests. In order to include all of our family members and friends, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate any guests beyond those named on save the dates/invitations. If you need a babysitter during the wedding, we are happy to help connect you to a babysitter in the area for the night. Please reach out to Hallie or Eli by July 1st if you'd like help finding a sitter.

What is the COVID policy for this event?

We want to make sure all of our loved ones are safe at this event. Please see our COVID policy page for details, but all guests will be required to attest to vaccination, take a COVID test the morning of, and stay home if symptomatic. Masks will be optional.

How will COVID testing work?

After you submit your RSVP, we will order a COVID test for you online. This will come through the mail and you can set it aside for the wedding. Tests must be taken the morning of the event and a photo must be submitted via the "COVID Policy" page instructions. Please note that submitting proof of a negative test is required to attend the event.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We request that all guests submit an RSVP as soon as possible after receiving an invitation, and no later than June 15th.

How can I RSVP?

Please navigate to the "RSVP Form" page of our site and follow the link found there. Please complete the form once for each person named on your invitation. At the time of RSVP, we will ask you to attest to our COVID policy and list any dietary restrictions.

When should I book my hotel?

We recommend booking your accommodations soon after submitting your RSVP. Since the wedding is Labor Day weekend and college students will be returning to the area, hotels may book quickly. Our hotel blocks can be accessed until 6/30/24. Please see the "Travel" page of the website for more information.

What should I wear?

Our dress code for the wedding is "festive" - think cocktail with a twist! We want to see our guests in whatever feels most like you. Please note that Massachusetts weather in September can be unpredictable, and the ceremony will be outside. We recommend light layers wherever possible.

What time should we arrive?

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm sharp. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior to settle in.
