Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside. If the weather changes, there will be a space inside that will fit all of our guests.

As much as we would love to celebrate our day with you and your kiddos, in order for us to be able to invite all of the people closest to us, children will not be invited to this event with the exception of a few, which will be indicated on your formal invite. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night & appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Yes, there will be a shuttle at the Hampton Inn. The shuttle will pick passengers up at 3:10, 3:50, and 4:30 before the ceremony. After the reception, the shuttle will depart from Whitetail back to the Hampton Inn at 9:30, 10:15, and 11:00. ***It is highly recommended to take the EARLY shuttle from the hotel to the venue to ensure guests have enough time to find a sea, get settled, and even grab a drink at the bar before the ceremony begins.

In order to ensure we were able to invite our closest family and friends, only some guests may receive a plus one. Your formal invite will indicate if you have the option of bringing a guest with you!
