We request that all phones and devices are put away and on silent or turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! Even better, send them to us the next day so we can relive the day through your eyes. :) / Te pedimos que todos los teléfonos y dispositivos estén guardados y en modo silencioso o apagados durante la ceremonia. Hemos contratado a un fotógrafo y videógrafo profesional para capturar nuestro día especial. ¡Después de la ceremonia, siéntete libre de tomar todas las fotos que quieras! Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside on the front lawn of the MVCC and the reception will take place inside. There will also be tables and chairs set up outside during the reception for you to enjoy. In the case of inclement weather, the entire event will be moved inside. / Si el clima lo permite, la ceremonia se llevará a cabo al aire libre en el jardín frontal del MVCC y la recepción será en el interior. También habrá mesas y sillas instaladas afuera durante la recepción para que las disfrutes. En caso de mal clima, todo el evento se trasladará al interior.

MVCC offers free parking in a large lot with over 200 spots available. If you are unable to drive home at the end of the night, you can leave your vehicle on the premises and pick it up the following morning. / MVCC ofrece estacionamiento gratuito en un lote grande con más de 200 espacios disponibles. Si no puedes conducir de regreso a casa al final de la noche, puedes dejar tu vehículo en el lugar y recogerlo a la mañana siguiente.

Yes! The Hilton shuttle seats up to 14 people and is first-come, first-served. The first pick-up from the MVCC will be at 10:30 pm, and it will continue on the half hour with the final ride picking up around 12:30 am (11:00 pm, 11:30 pm, etc). Please plan ahead if you intend to utilize the shuttle. / ¡Sí! El transporte del Hilton tiene capacidad para 14 personas y funciona por orden de llegada.
