You will need the Promo Code for discounted room rates in the Suite Category Only. They do not set aside a room block. It is first come, first serve. However, great news, you can book your room at the refundable rate with the Promo Code for 1 $ for whatever dates you would like to come. You can cancel the room up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.

Here are the details from the resort:

These rates are refundable meaning you can cancel suite reservations within 24 hours before the arrival date. No deposit is required with this option, but payment is to be made in full 30 days before arrival. We do not offer payment plans.

Private check-in upon request with a minimum of 10 suite reservations (Flight information is required)Private check-in. It is only applicable when 10 rooms of the group or more arrive at the same time, and when the hotel has been notified 15 days before arrival.

Excellence Resorts are “Adults Only” and All guests must be minimum 18 years of age or

older at the date of arrival to be registered. NO EXCEPTIONS are possible.

We looked at the website 1st and knew what type of room and rate we wanted, but then called the USA # below and we spoke to someone named Dixon who helped us book the rooms.

Here is how to do it for booking online

For Booking

Go to www.excellenceresorts.com

1. Find the booking section.

2. Select your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests, and add

the promo code.

3. Click on “Check Availability”

4. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied”

5. In the comments box, please add the promo code.

6. Complete your booking, and that ́s it.

Exceptions-

They will not apply the Promo Code to Non Refundable rooms and will not apply for the Suite and Flight Option. This is from their website-

Non Refundable Rates:

○ The promo code is not applicable to the “Non Refundable Rate” option. The full stay will

be prepaid with the credit card once the room is booked. When canceling, a full or a partial refund will not be available.

○ Non-refundable room reservations cannot be modified.

Suite + Flight Bookings:

o The promo code is not applicable to “Suite + Flight” options.

Payment

No deposit is required. All the reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in

full thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking

process. No partial payments are allowed.

Cancellation

For cancellations of direct bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before

arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival

will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case

of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates.

When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some

cancellation penalties may apply.

Transfers from the airport in Punta Cana to the resort and back are included if the reservation is for at least 3 nights.

Free airport transfer includes private round-trip transportation for all guests on the

reservation arriving and leaving at the same time; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons

Transfers policies. Service is to and from Punta Cana

International Airport.

Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option). Transportation Service (if included) must be programmed directly through Seasons Tours at: transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com
