EBSE Ball - Dan and Hannah started running together fall of our second year of medical school while we were both training for marathons. Though it sounds like a challenge, nothing was easier than these long run & chats where we really started to. get to know each other!

First date at the Johnson Space Center! Guess whose idea that was....

Our first BIG adventure together, climbing Mt. Rainier! No frostbite and tons of memories, turned out we made a great adventure duo!

36 hour trip to Canada for Dan's 70miler and Hannah comes along to pace! We almost miss our flight back to the states, but somehow pull off another outdoor adventure!

COVID Strikes! As our third year of med school winds down, COVID emerges! We spend an odd spring of 2022 outdoor adventuring in Houston and come summer, Dan is off doing away rotations with the Army. Here we are having a "date night" as Dan was not allowed to leave base and Hannah was not allowed to enter!

We MATCH! Though Dan already knew he was destined for San Antonio, Hannah matches into the Emory EM residency in Atlanta.

We get engaged in the Grand Tetons!! Though Hannah tries to foil the pictures by spilling coffee all over her dress, Dan successfully coordinates a beautiful and heartfelt proposal!

Intern year is tough but we find time to visit each other and take a vacation to sunny Los Cabos San Lucus with Dan's family! A week exploring the city, ocean and surrounding hills as well as spending great time with family! Thank you for hosting Uncle Richard and Aunt Ann!

We FINALLY summit Gannett Peak, the Wyoming high point! Treking along together in the great outdoors, in search of some quest, has definitely become a staple of our quality time together. When you literally have no one else to talk to for 3-5 days, that one person you're with REALLY matters <3

Maine & Acadia adventures! Second year is well underway and we escape the October summer of Texas/Georgia for a cooler climate!

Pikes Summit! Too many ICU months later we *slowly* winter summit and get to spend some extra outside hours on the climb! Our first vacation together since being halfway through our long distance experience!

We attempt Granite Peak but are foiled by snow in June! Though disappointed to not reach the top, we enjoy the beautiful views and otherwise gorgeous weather that Wyoming has to offer! We'll be back!

100 days to go! Invitations have been sent & we are so excited to get to see everyone soon AND FINALLY TIE THE KNOT!
