The manor has a few policies for guests to be mindful of the day of the wedding. Please respect the property and follow the policies listed below per the Huffman Manor. Failure to comply with these policies will forfeit the security deposit as well as subject the event to be immediately shut down by the host.

Shoes

Per Huffman Manors property policy "absolutely no shoes to be worn in the house unless on floor runners". There are floor runners to and from the bathrooms downstairs so shoes can remain on for bathrooms use, but are to be taken off everywhere else in the manor.

Smoking

Huffman Manor is a non-smoking venue, including marijuana. Smoking will be permitted only in designated areas outside.

Children

All children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times.

Upstairs & Bedrooms

Guests are not permitted in any of the five bedrooms nor upstairs during events.

Substances

If liquor is being served, it must be served by a single designated bartender. The bar closes one hour prior to music ending (for this event that would be 7 PM), all alcoholic beverages will be removed and placed in a secure location for removal from the premise. There is a no shot policy.

Staff

Huffman Manor staff will be onsite during the event to ensure policies are being followed as well to assist with the event.
