On May 2, 2022 a date was set for Hana and Chris to meet up for dinner. However, disaster struck as Hana fell sick. Worried about her wellbeing Chris picked up the meal and brought the date to her.

After time well spent, both had come to realize that they have had weekly close encounters over the course of six years. Among other things, Chris had started to discover a new found fatherly love for her son, Bronsyn. With this new enlightenment, he was determined to establish a new chapter in life.

In celebration of Hana's birthday and the couple's three month anniversary they had attended a much anticipated concert; that was an on-going inside joke from the night they met. While in attendance, there was a life threatening disruption; Chris acted swiftly and valiantly saving their lives. It was at this moment Hana realized the depth of his love and devotion to her.

On November 2, 2022 in the Keystone Tiffany's Jewelers store, Chris got down on one knee and proposed! The Bride-to-be accepted; the store staff cheered and celebrated this public life event. Chris stated, "I knew I was going to marry her after our first conversation!"
