We ask that our guests arrive by 1 p.m. to allow for guest seating before the ceremony begins.

We ask that you RSVP by May 1st.. This allows us time to notify the venue of meal selections at least three weeks prior to the wedding.

Our dress code is "semi-formal". We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. While we encourage our guests to dress as fancy as they'd like (long gowns for women are also acceptable), we ask that men refrain from wearing Tuxedos.

Yes! Guests are welcome to take photos (no flash, please), or record video during our ceremony. While we will have a wedding photographer on site, we will not have a videographer. We would love to see your videos of our ceremony!

We’d love for you to consider a charity donation in lieu of a gift. We will have a secure card box at the reception for those who wish to make a donation to our favorite charities -- St Mary’s or The Mother of Mercy House and Food Bank. Please see our REGISTRY page for information on how you can make a direct donation to our charity of choice.

We are so excited that you are helping us celebrate. We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests that were not already included with your invitation.

Yes. We have 25 rooms blocked for our guests at a reduced rate. There is a link to the reservation site on our page. Please book your room early as the hotel will only guaranteed our block of rooms until March 25th. The Hotel will accommodate additional reservations after March 25th if they have rooms available. They will guarantee the special rate up until the day of the wedding.

We are hosting an extended cocktail hour from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. This event will be located just outside of the Grand Ballroom.

Normandy Farms is a Smoke-Free facility.

Thank you to those guests who are helping fill our Pittsburgh Cookie Table with your favorite sweet specialties. If you are staying at the hotel on Friday night, we will have a designated "drop spot". You may also leave your cookies at the designated "drop spot" at the cocktail hour. We have have an event coordinator who will take care of setting out the treats in the reception space.
