Our Wedding

We met in 2020 through social media, and our first date ended up being at Sparetime. We spent the whole night playing arcade games and just having fun, and from there we kept hanging out as friends for a while. But then Valentine’s Day rolled around, and Tyler showed up at 3 a.m. with flowers he wasn’t even supposed to bring… and that kind of said everything.A little later, on February 25, 2025, he asked me to be his girlfriend on a rooftop in downtown Greenville. That’s really when our story officially started. We’ve always loved being active, exploring, and taking little adventures together, especially in the mountains and beach towns.After I graduated high school, we both chose Charleston Southern, where we spent those years growing a lot — as individuals, as a couple, and in our faith. We learned so much about ourselves during that time.We’ve been through long distance and plenty of ups and downs, but staying intentional and consistent with each other has always been the thing that kept us going. And it’s the reason we’re here now, starting this next chapter together!

While there is plenty of room, we kindly encourage carpooling with loved ones if you’re able. Arriving together makes the evening even sweeter — and helps us make the most of our space. What Time Should I Arrive?Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM, We invite you to come a little early, settle in, and soak up the coastal beauty before we say “I do.” What Happens After the Ceremony?Following the ceremony, we’ll make our way to the Oyster Shed for hors d’oeuvres and celebration. We look forward to an evening of warm breezes, joyful laughter, and gathering together under the coastal sky.

Sullivan’s Island Beaches – Relax on the beautiful sandy beaches, go for a swim, or watch the ships cruise into Charleston Harbor — especially fun near Stations 12–18 along the island.Bike Around the Island – Rent bikes and explore scenic lanes and paths connecting to Isle of Palms and Charleston.Paddleboarding &amp; Kayaking – Head to the “Put In” at Station 26 for paddleboarding or kayaking on calm waters. History &amp; LandmarksFort Moultrie (Fort Sumter &amp; Fort Moultrie National Historical Park) – Stroll through this historic coastal fort dating back to the Revolutionary War and enjoy ocean views.Charleston Light (Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse) – See the iconic steel lighthouse and snap some memorable photos.
