Thank you for taking the time to check out our wedding website! Our theme is fall, seasonal with colors of burgundy, terracotta, hunter green and golden yellow. We would love it if you could dress in any shades of red, orange, yellow, and green to go along with our fall-filled wedding. Dress code is dresses for women, and for men suits are welcome, but nice jeans and shirt with cowboy boots are allowed. Please see the Q/A section for more details. RSVP ON WEBSITE REQUIRED.

Our Wedding

NO PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY PLEASE!!!! We do not want you to take any pictures or videos from the start to end of ceremony as we want to live in the moment cherishing this precious memory and do not want distractions, disruptions or phones in our pictures or faces. Thank you for your understanding and we will be having photographers there during our whole wedding celebration from beginning to end. After the ceremony, any pictures taken we would love to be shared to the bride/groom and can be posted to social media.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE OUTSIDE? The wedding ceremony will be outside so you may want to bring a jacket or blanket. The cocktail hour will also be outside under a partially covered area. The reception will be indoors.

Luke and Hanna met on Hinge, messaging and getting to know one another for a month when they decided to plan their first date. They had never heard each others voices or seen one another. If you know Hanna at all you know she would be super anxious for doing something like this but when Hanna saw Luke get out of the car to pick her up and meet for the first time, she was not anxious she was flowing with excitement and giddy that this man was so cute. Luke was excited and nervous to meet Hanna in person for the first time, especially since he had just gotten braces. They went to Fiesta Mexicana in Mount Vernon for their first date, drove around town talking about anything and everything, and later shared their first kiss. That was the beginning of their God-given love story that would lead them to this moment, engaged to be married, in love, and excited to share the rest of their lives together.

Our Story

Amanda and I are childhood best friends, 17 years to be exact (18 years by the time of the wedding)! We have gone through so many seasons of life and watched each other grow into the women we are now. I could not imagine my wedding day without her here. We were neighbors through the woods when I moved to Michigan. Outside of school we spent most nights and basically all weekends together playing by the creek or wondering the woods, swimming in the pool pretending to be mermaids, playing games and watching movies in the theater room. Amanda has been apart of not just my life, but my family. Amanda has been my rock, my sister, my best friend; she brings such positivity and joy into this world! The first person I asked to be apart of my bridal party, deservingly so. :)

Amanda

Deb and I have been best of friends for 6 years (7 years by the wedding)! We met first day freshman year of college at 7:50am for our first class. We sat next to each other, bonded over not knowing what to do in this math class and clueless that we would become best friends and later on roommates. Our ADHD-filled friendship causes a lot of fun, laughter and randomness that we both can follow. We spent so many nights procrastinating our work just to watch movies, take Buzzfeed quizzes and compare results, eat a ton of food, talk about anything and everything in life. Deb has brought so much light and energy into my life and I could not be more grateful and blessed to have her apart of my life and here for my wedding day. :)

Deborah (Deb)

Maddie and I have friends for 7 years (8 years by the wedding) since move-in freshman year of college and lived 2 doors down from each other and in small group together. I remember we met and bonded over our love for fashion and shopping. Maddie and I have very similar personalities as so we became friends from the start. We had our own things we did together like taking long walks around campus after dinner or whenever we were stressed at ending at 'our' spot, getting mango smoothies from 365, taking day trips to Polaris for a day out and shopping, going to Panera for food, studying, and LOTS of green passion tea. I remember the days of us dreaming when we are married and being there along the way. I served as a bridesmaid in her wedding and now she is apart of mine. Maddie is wholesome but sassy, loyal and will always find a way to make you smile. ;) 

Maddie

Gracie and I have been friends for 2 years, we met by the grace of God in our workplace. In the midst of all the chaos, when I met Gracie I knew I would love to be friends with her. She is a warrior, devoted woman and shines the brightest light upon this earth with her spirit. I have been encouraged, supported, reassured and inspired by her and her love and passion for God. We spent many times sending GIFs, reels and having conversations bonding over our clinic, being in relationship with our husbands, also, being sisters in Christ. I am blessed and honored to have her stand with me as I get married to the love of my life and know that with that she will keep me accountable to live as a Christlike wife and woman of God. :) 

Gracie

Krystle is my sister and beautiful bridesmaid!! My sister and I were pretty close in my early years and re-discovered our bond when I was in high school but especially when I was in college. I remember one time, in Florida, we went out for drinks and dinner, we got these rum buckets and I swear we had the greatest night just being sisters, talking about relationships and life, being silly and laughing till we were crying. She is such a wonderful woman who has one of the most caring and giving hearts, she wears her heart on her sleeve and shows how much she loves typically by quality time and giving gifts. We have a lot of differences but make the best sisters. I am so thankful that God blessed me for her as a sister and I am thrilled to have her stand up for me on my wedding day! :)

Krystle

Abby, aka Sunshine to me, is my oldest niece! I am incredibly honored for her to stand up with me on my wedding day. I was there when she was born and have seen her as she has grown up into a beautiful girl inside and out. I have seen qualities in her that remind me of myself, she has a soft-spirit, reserved, grounded, is loving and has the sweetest heart. She is not only beautiful inside and out, but she is smart, talented, and athletic. It has warmed my heart seeing her play volleyball, getting to train her, be there for her games and see as she has started to come out of her shell, into her own person. I am overjoyed to be her aunt and hope to be a support, encouragement and good example for her as she continues to grow. :)

Abby

Lily, aka giggles to me, is the brides youngest niece! It is a true joy to have her be our flower girl as I was my brother and sister-in-laws flower girl. I remember when Lily was born, from the start everyone knew she was a beautiful, sassy girl. She is still beautiful and sassy but as she grown she has developed being passionate, strong-willed and has a pretty great sense of humor that Luke and I enjoy as I am sure everyone else does. I think besides Luke and I the next person to be as excited as us getting married and this wedding is, Lily. After we asked her to be our flower girl, she immediately jumped into action started asking all the questions of colors, dresses, time of year and the venue. She has brought a lot of joy and laughter to Luke and I; I especially love seeing how much she has connected with her uncle Luke. :)  

Lily

Mia, the grooms niece! We are filled with joy to have this smile-y little girl as one of our flower girls for our wedding. She is filled with love, light and laughter. 

Lane, the grooms older brother! Luke and Lane grew up outdoors mostly building, playing games and typically getting into a LOT of trouble as boys do. It has been wonderful to grow up together so close in age and see the men they are today but also see the family they have built for themselves. As I am getting married, I am honored to have my brother stand up for me by my side on my wedding day as I marry the love of my life and my best friend as I did for him on his wedding day. 

Lane

Jacob, my childhood best friend and partner in crime in all the shenanigans' we got into over the years from 4H to camps and hangouts. I am proud and honored to have such a good, faithful man stand up for me on my wedding day. 

Jacob 

Josiah, one of my childhood friends and Jacobs cousin who always has a smile and reminds us all to have fun, be God-fearing men and to be frugal with our finances. It is always a joy to have him around and thankful to have him stand up for me on my wedding day!

Josiah

Ben, my best friend since college who has somehow understood all levels of my humor and witnessed so many of the seasons of my growing up. I could not imagine my groomsmen without him there and grateful to have him stand up for me on my wedding day and hope one day I can do the same for him. 

Joey, one of my friends from college who has been part of many late night shenanigans', playing games, pulling pranks and laughing at the same silly jokes. I have enjoyed seeing him and his wife, Lindsay grow together, get married a now grow their family. I was honored to stand for him at his wedding and thankful to have him now stand up for me on my wedding day.
