Do I need a passport?
Yes, a passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please make sure it is up to date. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, we would recommend doing so ASAP!! It could take up to 3 months for a new/renewed passport to arrive at your house after applying for one.
Can I stay at another resort?
No!
We have a particular room block associated with our wedding event and need all guests to stay on the the Dreams Playa Mujeres.
When do I need to book my room(s) by?
As soon as you know you’ll be joining us!
All rooms must be paid completely by February 1st, 2025.
Monthly payment plans are available.
How do I book my stay?
All ROOM bookings MUST go through our travel agent, Jordana Izzo. She is reliable and timely, as we have used her in the past. You may reach her via email at: jordanaizzo@travelmation.net.
Jordana will assist with booking your stay at the resort for your desired dates.
She can also book private transportation to the resort by request and flights (for a small fee).
Jordana is a great resource and will be asking for credit card information to book your stay. She also will be managing all payments made to the resort if you choose to pay for your trip in installments rather than all at once.
All rooms must be paid completely by February 5th, 2025.
Monthly payment plans are available.
Booking flights-
When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the CANCUN airport.
Jordana can book your flight if needed- just communicate with her that you want her to book it.
How long should I stay?
We encourage you to stay as long or as short as you’d like! It’s your vacation too!
Ideally, we would like everyone to arrive Saturday July 5, 2025 so we can enjoy time together before we leave on our honeymoon!
Can I use American money in Mexico?
Yes!
We recommend bringing small bills ($1 & $5) to tip bartenders and servers if you are experiencing good service. Tipping is not mandatory.
Also, remember to call your bank before you leave and let them know you will be in Mexico in case you need to purchase anything with credit/debit cards.
