Jake Burttram and Hanna Campbell first met at Clemson University, where they lived on the same dorm floor during their freshman year. One of their earliest memories is from Jake’s birthday in August 2019, when he jokingly introduced Hanna to his sister as his wife and mock-proposed with a paperclip! Over the next two years, they became best friends, spending nearly all their time together—hanging out, studying, watching football, and eating dinner together every night. In March 2021, they officially started dating during their sophomore year. Since graduating from Clemson, Hanna has been pursuing her Doctor of Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, while Jake recently began his career as a mechanical engineer in Charleston. In July, surrounded by their families, Jake proposed to Hanna on a beautiful boardwalk on Daniel Island during a dinner outing.

Now, they are getting married in Clemson, the place where they first met and a place they both hold close to their hearts. They can't wait to celebrate this special day with you!
