August 16–18, 2024 • Pyworthy, Holsworthy, UK

Are Hanna and Chris getting married?

Ja natürlich!

When's it happening then?

It's a weekend event! Starting Friday 16th for arrival until Monday morning 19th 2024. The actual wedding will take place on Saturday 17th August. People are free to arrive and leave whenever suits. There is the option to stay longer at the house / camp which makes sense especially for far migrating ones :)

Where's it going down?

Deepest darkest Devon. Pyworthy to be precise which is a very small village just outside Holsworthy, which is a fairly small village. Everything (ceremony, reception, party) will take place at the Old Rectory Pyworthy

How will I get there?

Trains, planes & automobiles (magic carpets / brooms). We realise it's a bit of a schlep. We're happy to help anyone who needs some advice / assistance, we'll try to hook people up coming from similar places, and we may even put on taxis / shuttles from a relevant spot depending on how peeps are arriving

Where to rest in a nest?

There is a good amount of accommodation on site in the house - we will give long migrants first option, alternatively you can also camp on site for £10 per day, showers / toilets included.

There are also Airbnbs, hotels and B&Bs in the area. Our hosts

Tony and Plym have recommended the following places:

Look up AirBnB Pyworthy on google, you get lots of possibilities,

and Bude is 8 miles away. Also things change all the time, so

googling B&B Pyworthy is always a good idea.

We’ve used the people below before and we highly

What about booze?

We will make sure your whistles are very well whetted but you can also bring a wee dram of your favourite (for the after-after-party)

What's the dress code / theme?

It will be a wedding + festival style but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. There will be dresses / suits but you can deffo give it a festivaly tweak :) (Also remember- more is always more)

Is there a gift registry?

The old saying "your presence is present enough" is how we feel about having a gift list. However, if that old mattress you've stuffed full of cash is bursting at the seams, then we are planning a sweet honeymoon snowboarding trip to Japan this December. We would happily take donations for what will hopefully be an unforgettable trip to the snowiest country on Earth (preys to the Snow Gods). See Registry (Honeymoon) tab for details

WHAT SHOULD I/WE BRING WITH?

Aside from the usual PMA, jokes, dancing shoes and lucky underwear, there are a few things that might be useful:

1. There's an outdoor pool so bring your togs, speedos, thongs etc.

2. No towels are provided by the venue, so a towel each is deffo

advisable, even for peops not staying at the venue

3. A musical instrument if you fancy getting folky round the fire

4. Dunno about you but I'm bringing earplugs FO SHO

Liebe!
