Options for our people! This is a more budget friendly hotel and is about a 5 minute drive to State Street (the main strip) and would be about a 10 minute (or less) drive to all of our planned events. It's an older style, but safe and includes a few different room options. Call the hotel directly if you are interested in options 2-4.

1. Pool Suites surround the pool and include a living area, kitchenette, and 1 separate King bedroom.

2. 1-Bedroom Apartments include a full living room, sleeper sofa, kitchen, and 1 separate bedroom with a King, Queen, or 2 Doubles.

3. 2-Bedroom Apartments include a full living room, kitchen, and 1 separate bedroom with a Queen and another separate bedroom with 2 Queen beds.

4. Townhouses include a full living room, sleeper sofa, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, patio, and second floor (stairs) with 1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom.

This is downtown near the AMTRAK for those of you that might want to take the train up from the greater LA region. Great walking distance to the funk zone, state street, west beach, and east beach.

This is a beautiful upscale hotel. If you want to set yourself up smack dab in the middle of downtown this is your spot. We will be holding our welcome party on the rooftop so this would be an easy commute if this was home base for the weekend.
