Hanna and Alex met in 2019 during their junior year of college at the University of Arizona. One night, just a week before Hanna’s 21st birthday, she and her friends went out to a bar—completely unaware that fate was about to step in. Through a mutual connection, they met Alex and his friends. Alex invited the girls to join them, and from the moment he and Hanna introduced themselves, they never left each other’s side.&nbsp; A week later, Alex threw Hanna a birthday party—pretty bold considering they had only known each other for a few days! But something just felt right. They instantly clicked, and about a month after her birthday, they officially started dating. From that point on, they were inseparable.&nbsp; After graduating from the University of Arizona, life took them in different directions. Hanna moved to Scottsdale while Alex stayed behind to study for the LSAT. After months of discussions about their future, Alex decided to attend law school in Sacramento. Hanna, wanting to be closer to family and friends, moved back home to Colorado. They both had big dreams and knew that in order to achieve them, they might have to be in different places for a while. But their love was never a question. Supporting each other’s goals was always the priority, even if it meant living in different states.&nbsp; For three and a half years, they made it work—traveling to see each other every month, celebrating milestones, spending time with family, and falling even more in love. People often asked how they managed the distance, but for them, it was never a question. They always knew they were meant to be together. Their faith played a huge role in their journey, guiding them through the late-night FaceTimes, airport goodbyes, and months apart.&nbsp; In May 2024, after years of love, dedication, and unwavering support, Alex graduated from law school. That same evening, surrounded by their families, he proposed to Hanna—marking the beginning of the future they had always dreamed of.&nbsp; As Alex prepared for the Bar exam, Hanna focused on her move to California. By September, she had secured a job and joined Alex in Rocklin, where he had accepted an attorney position. In November, Alex officially passed the Bar, closing one chapter and beginning another. Now happily settled with their beloved pups, Sophie and Milo, they are finally together after years of long distance, ready to embrace their future side by side.&nbsp; Their relationship has been joyful, adventurous, and fun, filled with cooking, golf, skiing, and traveling to visit family and friends. They can't wait to celebrate their special day with their loved ones! Their journey wasn’t always easy, but they wouldn’t change a thing. Every season of their love story brought them closer, and they are forever grateful for the path that led them here. Through it all, they proved that love isn’t just about being together in the same place—it’s about believing in each other, cheering each other on, and knowing that no distance is too great when you’re meant to be.
