The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Remember, the wedding venue is about 18 minutes from the hotels.

We have arranged for more than enough room in the buses to take guests to and from the wedding. The wedding is located on a mountain and gets very dark at night. If you plan to drink, please take the bus and do not drive :)

The buses will arrive to the hotels at 4:00 PM. They will leave no later than 4: 10 PM. Please be ready in front of your hotel so you do not miss the bus.

Buses will leave after the reception and after the after-party.

If you're feeling up to it, please join us at the House Mountain Inn (same site as wedding venue) after the reception at 10:30 PM to continue the festivities!

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire. Please no jeans.

Examples include suits, tuxes, dresses (knee length, midi, or full length).

We love your little ones ... we really do! However, due to many factors, we respectfully request no children. This is an ADULTS ONLY event. WE hope you take this opportunity to let loose and enjoy the night out with yourself, significant other, family, and/or friends! We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

The ceremony will take place outside, cocktail hour will take place under a pavilion, and the reception will take place indoors. The ceremony will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather.
