Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP online on our website or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1st.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Irvine Nature Center. The address is

11201 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117

Additionally, Irvine Nature Center is wheelchair accessible and there will be plenty of directional signage to help you find your way.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Irvine Nature Center has a plethora of parking available, please feel free to use a ride-share service or carpool with others from the hotel.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be fully outdoors. The ceremony will be held on grass and the reception will be in an all-weather tent.

Is there a specific hotel I should use?

We have reserved a large block of rooms at the Marriot of Owings Mills Metro Center. Please visit the travel page of the website for more information.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Cocktail attire, please!

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

If you wear white my sister will personally tackle you J

Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on a lawn, so choose your footwear wisely. The reception will be held on a large covered patio.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Guests given a plus one will have that option when RSVP’ing.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but unless noted in your invitation, please enjoy a child-free evening.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner with a choice of entrée. You will be able to choose your preferred entrée when RSVP’ing.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar with select beers, wines, liquors, and non-alcoholic options.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

We are so excited to have you join our special day, and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, a monetary gift towards our honeymoon or newlywed funds would be very much appreciated.

Additionally, a wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please plan to be seated by 5:15 PM.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

During the ceremony, do not take pictures. We have hired a photographer to cover the ceremony. However, during the reception, feel free to take all the pictures you'd like. We'll have some Polaroid cameras floating around as well.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

All wedding updates or changes will be posted on our wedding website.

RAIN PLAN

Due to the weather this Saturday, we will be moving the ceremony under the tent and the cocktail hour will be inside the nature center. The reception will then be back under the tent.

When you arrive, please enter the tent from the parking lot and find a chair! Please save the closest chairs for the wedding party.

After the ceremony, we will all head inside for the cocktail hour. We will then return around 7 PM for the reception. Please follow the path from the nature center and enter the tent on the side. The seating chart will be there to help you find your table.

It is an all-weather tent and we will all stay dry. The tent walls will be closed to allow the space to warm up. We will have hand warmers and small heaters if needed but please consider bringing a wrap, jacket, and/or umbrella.

If all else fails, get yourself a drink, dance and you'll warm up!
