Dan and I have known each other since the first grade. All throughout high school I had the biggest crush on him, but we always just remained friends. We both didn’t know we had feelings for each other until we got out of high school. I remember taking an extra effort to look “pretty” thinking Daniel would be at the pool party, and he didn’t come. I was so sad!! We grew up, had boyfriends and girlfriends and one day we were both single and Daniel messaged me asking “How has life been, Hanna!?” He had mentioned that he was waiting for the day I was single so he could “shoot his shot” with me. Daniel came back into my life when I was pregnant with Henry and it was exactly what I had been waiting for. We are so excited for this next journey of being husband and wife!
