A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate. Please reference the Pratt/Belote wedding when making your reservations. Reservations with the room block will be available until July 10, 2025.

Please note that the hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm, and our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. To avoid any delays, the hotel will allow guests to check in at the end of the night. We have arranged a shuttle service to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the celebration.

There are two options for parking and transportation:

1. Park at the hotel: You can leave your car at the hotel and take the shuttle to the venue. You will be able to check in to your room at the end of the night when you return.

2. Park at the wedding venue: You can drive directly to the venue and use the shuttle service to return to the hotel at the end of the night. You will be able to check into your room upon arrival at the hotel. We will provide you with an Uber voucher to return you to the venue the next morning to retrieve your car.

We hope these arrangements will allow our guests to come and enjoy themselves while ensuring safe transportation at the end of the night.
