To book a room: guests who are interested in booking a room can either book directly online as well as calling the hotel directly and referencing "the Aitchison/Flynn wedding". Please note that check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time the following day is 11am. Guests are invited to request an earlier check-in if required.

The complimentary shuttle service will depart from the hotel at 4pm to transport guests to Cranberry Creek for the ceremony and reception.
