CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your formal Invitation. Your formal invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
ARE KIDS INVITED?
We love your little ones, but to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your formal invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Would would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We encourage (But not force) a semi-formal dress code.
HOTEL BLOCK
The Hyatt hotel shares a parking lot with the venue. There is a hotel block reserved for our wedding guest that will give you a discount on your room. Please call the hotel and let them know you will be there for the "Brooks Wedding" and they will place you in the reserved block. Reservations for the block have to be made two months prior to the wedding before the rooms are open to the public. For more information please go to the "Travel" Tab.
IS THERE A SHUTTLE AFTER THE RECEPTION?
We highly recommend those who plan on drinking alcoholic beverages to stay at the Hyatt Hotel next to the venue. It is within walking distance so not transportation needed. We ask that those who do not stay at the Hyatt to plan for a sober ride home. We want everyone to make it home safely!
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes, there is free parking for all wedding guests on the day of the wedding.
HOW DO I RSVP?
Please select the RSVP tab on our website. Type in your name and you and your party will appear.
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
As of right now, both Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors due to the unpredictable April weather. If these plans change, I will be sure to update the information.
WHAT IF I DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE CEREMONY ON TIME?
You will kindly be asked to wait outside the ceremony hall until it is completed and then join us for our cocktail hour.
