The buses will travel from Wellington Train Station to Johnsonville Train Station, then on to the venue, with the same stops on the return journey. There will be two buses operating on the same route, so guests may board either bus.

Departure times:

Wellington Train Station (Platform 10): 1:45pm

Johnsonville Train Station: 2:05pm

If you initially RSVP’d no to the bus but would now like to take it, please text Hannah on 027 752 9447. We have extra seats available and would be happy to add you.

As Ohariu Farm is located outside the city, we strongly recommend using the provided buses rather than relying on Uber or taxis.

Parking will also be available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

Day after BBQ

Sunday 22 February 11:30am, 15 Baroda Street

We will be having a BBQ with food, drinks and the Wilson family classic Chocolate Torte. Kindly hosted by Jo and Rick (close walking distance from Khandallah Train Station).

A relaxed BBQ where you can decide on the day if you would like to come. Even if you have RSVP'd 'no' you are more than welcome to pop by from 11:30am if plans change! Stay for the afternoon or drop in for a quick hello - we would love to see you!

Q + A

Can I take photos/videos?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during that time. Our amazing photographer, Tim, will be capturing all the special moments, if he snaps you mid-ceremony with a phone in hand, it might make for an awkward shot (for both of us!). Once the ceremony is over and cocktail hour begins, feel free to take photos and videos, we would love to see them!

Is there any parking at the venue?

Yes there is parking available. Be aware, to get to the venue it is down a long one way gravel driveway.

Will there be transport provided?

Please see the transport tab for information on the courtesy buses to and from the venue.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive between 2:30 and 2:45pm to be seated for our 3:00pm ceremony.

Will there be a post wedding event?

Yes! There will be a BBQ on Sunday 22nd February from 11:30am at 15 Baroda Street. Pop by for some food, drink and Wilson Chocolate Torte. More details under 'Day after BBQ' tab.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Please let us know when you RSVP. Ohariu Farm takes allergies and dietary needs seriously—if you have any allergies, you will be asked to complete a short form to help ensure your safety on the day.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I bring my little ones, a date, or even my pet to join the fun?

As much as we would love a crowd (and some kitten cuddles), our guest list is limited to those named on your invitation envelope. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!
