You can RSVP online on our website, simply press the RSVP section and follow the prompts. We will accept RSVP’s up to March 21st of 2025.

Transportation to and from the venue will not be provided. We ask that you have your own transportation set up for your arrival and departure.

The wedding is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. April in Minnesota is unpredictable so the back up plan is to move the wedding indoors. Please dress according to the original plan of an outdoor ceremony.

The dress code for the evening will be Cocktail Attire. If desired, bright spring colors and patterns are encouraged but not required!

Due to a capacity limitation we will be unable to accommodate plus ones unless specified otherwise on your invitation.

If you have dietary restrictions please note them on your RSVP form so we can ensure accommodations.

Yes and no, there is a predetermined amount that will be available to you, free of charge. Once this amount has been passed, you are welcome to purchase your alcoholic beverages from the bar. With that being said, please keep in mind transportation will NOT be provided to you. Please enjoy the beverages responsibly or set up a designated driver before hand.

Gifts are appreciated, not expected. If you do decide to give a gift, we ask that you list your name and address so that we have your information to send Thank You’s! You can find our registry listed on our website.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. We ask that you are present and in your seats half an hour prior to the beginning of the ceremony.

For your convenience we have an agreement with the Residence Inn in St. Cloud. You will find the appropriate link and phone number to receive a discount on a hotel room listed in the “Travel” portion of the website.

We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture our special day. We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, be in the moment with us during our special time, “screen free”.

Yes, parking is available at the venue but there are limited spaces. Please arrive at an appropriate time if you require a parking place that is close to the entrance of the building.

During the ceremony there will be designated seating for select members of guests. You are encouraged to mix and mingle with other guests if your name is not listed on the “Reserved” seating. During the reception there will be assigned seating, you can find your seat listed on the seating chart as well as the name place cards listed on the tables.

While we loved having you with to celebrate our special day, the night does have to come to an end. We ask that you say your goodbyes and leave the venue at 11:30PM. We thank you for joining us!
