We met through a mutual friend at The Baptist College of Florida. We began talking under a magnolia tree, and so began our friendship. When Adam did not show up to a Bible study that we had talked about the day before, I texted him, calling him, "a slap." I quickly regretted my words when I found out he was in the hospital. We texted the rest of the afternoon until he was safely back on campus with the knowledge that he did not have covid. Finally, after a month of friendship, two rejections, and a covid scare, Adam asked me out. Over the phone. I said yes. Our first date went spectacular (in his words!) After lots of prayer and counsel from wise people in our lives, we decided that we were each other's forever. Now I cannot wait to be #AisleBeLovingMcClure2021.
