It all began in New Orleans, where fate (and John & Crista Kisinger's wedding) brought us together. What started as a fun week celebrating love turned into the beginning of our own story. From that first time we locked eyes in an elevator ride up to the welcome party, we knew something special was unfolding.

For almost three years, we dated long distance—countless flights between Houston and Vancouver, a road trip to West Texas, attending Canadian and American Rodeos, exploring the Pacific Northwest, FaceTime calls, and texts —building a relationship rooted in laughter, adventure, and a whole lot of frequent flyer miles. We made every mile and kilometer worth it, and with each visit, our bond only grew stronger.

In October of 2024, we were engaged in beautiful Utah while on an epic road trip across the US. A 42 hour drive to be exact, from Vancouver to Nashville where Jason would be starting his new project.

Now, after all the airports and adventures, we’re finally starting our life together in the same city —no more goodbyes, just a lifetime of hellos. We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all the people who’ve been part of our journey.
