David is Jeff’s older brother by 6 years. Jeff has always looked up to his brother Dave in all facets and even chose his first sports he played growing up, to try to emulate him. Dave went on to graduate from Mizzou’s journalism school and has worked in Advertising for the last 20 years. He famously wrote many of the State Farm commercials we see on TV, including all of the last few seasons with Patrick Mahomes. He lives in Chicago with his beautiful wife Kylie, and Jeff’s two nephews, Henry and Hudson.

Adam is part of Jeff’s core group of friends that he grew up with, including Ryan and AJ (seen below). They’ve done everything together from their first homecoming dance, to rooming in the dorms their freshman year of college, to renting their first house, and even spent a summer working together in Key West. Adam lives in Denver with his beautiful wife Sarah, his lovely daughter Shae, and are expecting their second child in 2024.

Ryan and Jeff met in first grade and became close friends in middle school. They stayed close friends while Ryan served our country as an Army Reservist. They lived together for much of their early 20s and remain close to this day. Ryan lives in Denver with his lovely wife Rachel, where they recently welcomed their new baby Naomi into the world.

AJ and Jeff first met in daycare but became close friends starting in 6th grade while both serving on student council. Some of Jeff’s fondest childhood memories were hanging out with Adam, Ryan, and AJ at AJ’s dad’s house. They remained close while attending different colleges and living in different cities since graduating high school. AJ recently took a leap of faith, moving his photography business to Denver, CO and is flourishing in his new environment.

Kyle and Jeff started working together at Supplement Superstores back in 2010. Their working relationship and respect for one another quickly grew and they started discussing opening up their own Supplement Superstores, as business partners. Their dream became a reality in December 2016, when they opened up their first of nine Supplement Superstores. Kyle enjoys CrossFit and Hunting, while spending the majority of his time with his loving wife Kim, and their beautiful children- Claira, Maddy, and Sully.

Jenna and Hannah have been friends for 15 years. They met at church, both worked at Panera, and also lived in Oklahoma City together at one point. They became more like sisters over the years, never allowing their differences, distance, beliefs, or changes keep them from loving one another. Jenna has been a rock for Hannah and Addie.

Michelle knew Jeff when they both lived in Springfield through shopping at Supplement Superstores. Now, Michelle resides in Kansas City, and first found Hannah through getting a facial from her at ACS. They quickly realized this was turning into more of a friendship than it was just facial appointments. They started hanging out by attending a Chiefs game together and the rest was history! Hannah and Michelle have bonded through working out, traveling together, and sharing their love for football.

Jeff used to boo Justin as he played basketball for Jeff’s rival high school, but all that changed when they attended Missouri State together where Jeff lost his voice cheering on Justin as he played for the Bears basketball team! They met in a college class and became fast friends. They’ve remained close friends since, and have even gone on a few bro trips together around the country. Justin now resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Stephanie and daughter Margo.

Justin was Jeff’s first friend he made after moving to Kansas City. He was instrumental to Jeff getting acclimated to living alone in a big city away from his family and friends. They’ve been through a ton together in the short time that they’ve been friends. Jeff recently served as Justin’s best man in his wedding earlier this year. Justin now lives with his beautiful wife Rachel in Scottsdale, AZ where they have both achieved their Pro status for IFBB.

Sean and Jeff became friends in high school and continued that friendship in college where they both attended MO State University. Since finishing school, Sean moved back to St. Charles where he raises his two beautiful children, Cameron and Carter. Sean and Jeff love to play disc golf, and frequently meet throughout the year to play on different courses.

Jeff and JP met through business, as Jeff sought to form a relationship with the gym that JP owned in Kansas City. Right off the bat, it became a personal friendship, and business quickly became second. When Hannah came into Jeff’s life, JP was the first friend he introduced her to, and they instantly formed a connection of their own. JP has been instrumental in the personal growth that Jeff and Hannah needed to go through, in order to build the love they share today. With that, it only made sense that JP would be the one to officiate our wedding.
