The Bluemont Hotel is available for either Friday 8/23 - Sunday 8/25 OR Saturday 8/24 - Sunday 8/25 for $159.00 per night for a Double Queen Suite. The hotel is across the street from Aggieville. The bus drop-off and pick-up will be outside of the main doors of the Hotel. Rooms will be available at this rate until 7/24/24, any reservations made after that date will be based on hotel availability and rates.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Please note the check-in time of 4:00 PM -- this is exactly when the bus is scheduled to leave Manhattan. Early check-in might not be available so if you are planning to ride the bus and stay at the Bluemont, we would strongly encourage you to arrive on Friday instead of Saturday.
